Cancellation policy: no refund will be provided for any no-show.
Terms and conditions: You must arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the tours starting time at the assigned meeting point.
Please present your confirmation email to your guide either printed, by Smartphone or by Tablet.
These tours are adaptable for pescatarians but unfortunately NOT for vegetarians, Spanish food is very much meat-based. For any dietary requirements, intolerances or allergies, it is imperative to notify us directly at info@nativespanishtapas.com. Prior to the tour we will ask you to please sign a waiver indicating any allergies or intolerances that you may have.
Native Spanish Tapas will not be held responsible for any bodily or material damages caused by one of our customers towards any third party or towards the establishment therein. We have proper theft, property damage insurance caused by any external third parties to our customers.
All food stops on the tour are subject to change throughout the year due to availability, seasonality or any other unfortunate external culinary influence in the food sector.
Payment will be made upon on-line reservation. It is your duty and responsibility to show up at the specified meeting point previously confirmed by email. If you cancel the service, we will refund accordingly as follows:
If you advise us 48 hours before the scheduled tour, a 100% refund will be granted, minus the bank transaction cost (cost, depending on the bank’s country of origin, we will notify the exact amount upon refund)
Between 48 and 12 hours prior, a 30% refund will be granted.
Less than 12 hours in advance, no refund will be granted.
If cancelation is caused by Native Spanish Tapas, we are fully committed on advising you no later than 12 hours before the service, the alternatives would be:
A 100% refund back.
Change the date of the tour at no cost.
Native Spanish Tapas will have permission to publish photographs only if the client signs the authorization at the time and date of the activity.
