Our Madrid tapas tour ends three minutes away from this Madrid night club. It is a very unique night club in Madrid because it maintains some of the original adornments when it was a theater hall in the 19th century, in fact, this Madrid night club is the second oldest in Madrid. It’s worth checking out for a quick drink anyway considering its history, its dance floor is really big and always packed. It has offers concerts with international bands in the line-up, check out their web-site for upcoming concerts:
Kapital – calle Atocha, 125, 28012 Madrid

Kapital night-club is bar far the most internationally known of Madrid night clubs. The building was built in 1929 and housed a very big cinema-hall. In the late 20th century it became a night club under the name Titanic, later to be named Kapital. The original name Titanic was due to its immense size, it has seven floors, each one with its own techno-dance music and ambience. It also has a terrace outside on the top floor, popular with smokers. Dress-wear is very strict, so wear casual clothes no sneakers.
El Sol Calle Jardines, 3, 28013
Madrid night clubs
Our last night club we recommend El Sol, a 8 minute walk from where our Madrid tapas tours finish. This Madrid night club is the most alternative of the three in this post playing not only dance hits, but also funk, rock and alternative music. It also features concerts, but mainly from national Spanish bands. This Madrid night club is famous for the 80´s youth movement called “la movida madrilèna”.
